I receive emails, cards, phone calls and letters every single day from people who tell me I have helped them with my Credit & Collections website and my books and they are grateful. This is the biggest reward I get for what I do. I released a new e-book today titled "How to Get Your Customers to Pay" it is a book of over 70 Fast, Easy, Effective Collection Letters & Forms.
I have some people who have called me or written to me to tell me that they only have their business because of me and my books. Because of the website Credit & Collections that I provide full of information for them, and all for free. I have funded this website and its maintenance for almost 10 years now, I do this because it has the information people need to be successful. I learned the hard way and want to help others by providing them with as much information that I can, so they can be successful quickly without making the same mistakes I did.
I am very proud of everything I have done, and proud to have over 850 members in my Credit & Collections Group. This group is one of the highest regarded in the industry. Because I moderate the group, anyone can ask any question, no matter what it is and get positive reinforcement, answers and resources. Many people who are a part of my group have bought my books, started their own agencies and are successful business owners! I feel like this is a great thing and I want to continue to help everyone be successful. That is my biggest reward.
