Last month I was interviewed by John Frank, the editor at Collectioins & Credit Risk magazine for a story about complaints which will be featured in the June issue which is being printed now.
I have another interview today with John about a mid-year look at key collection and debt buying trends so far this year. John is a great interviewer, I enjoy talking with him and his magazine is full of really good information about the credit and debt collection industry.
