I just ran across a new site that looks interesting, you can join (for free!) and find out who visits your blog.  Once you sign up and create a password, My Blog Log will give you a code to insert into your blog and begins right away.

This will allow you to see where your readers are coming from, what links they click on and from which pages they are exiting. This is a great tool to help you hone your blogging skills and write great content for your audience.
