- Same with a crying baby or whining pet

If you want your money, you have to learn to squeak. You have to make it a priority to pay attention to your customer accounts and follow up on them. You have to do this from the beginning so that you set a precedence and a "routine" up so that you don't have to spend so much time later trying to "clean up" the past due invoices.
