I ran across a great new blog about credit issues. It is called Credit Slips, a discussion on Credit & bankruptcy. It is a blog about all things about credit and bankruptcy. There are seven authors who blog about what does happen and what should happen when consumers and business owners borrow money.
Melissa Jacoby is one of the authors of this blog, and I think you will find her posts are helpful and resourceful. Check it out, they discuss debt collection in the news, small claims court, and many things you might want to be aware of when doing your own collections in your business.
