I just ran across a great web page full of links to some very good websites that can help you with your collection efforts, educating yourself and your staff about debt collection and places to ask questions and network when you are trying to collect from your customers.
Renton's who sells cards, stickers and more for the credit industry has a great listing on their site. They call it "Rentons Top 10 Credit Sites on the Internet". and this is what they have to say about it:
