
If you think you may have customers that are not paying because they are not happy with your service, maybe you should consider including testimonials from other customers printed on your statements, invoices, letters and collection letter.
Maybe if someone receives your invoice with a couple of testimonials on there, if they were having "buyers remorse" or any doubts about the work or service, that may convince them that it was good work or service, because they are reading what other customers said about your work.
You could print one or two at the bottom of the front of your letter or invoice, or put a few on the back.
