I had the pleasure of being interviewed by Robert McGarvey who is a writer and editor and the Author of How to Dotcom: A Step-by-Step Guide to E-Commerce and was writing an article for Lowe's aimed towards contractors and how they can do more effective billing and invoicing.
When I visited his website I noticed he had written "Twenty-Five Writing Secrets" now I know that does not have anything to do with debt collection, but check it out and browse down to #11 on his list.
