Credit Policy for businesses and how to extend credit and manage credit risk

Part 3 of your Debt Diet is re-paying your debts.  Sounds simple, but so many entrepreneurs do not realize this.  Some ways to do this are:

• Reduce your interest rates.
• Learn your Credit Score and what it means. (perfect is 850)\
• Cancel high interest rate credit cards.
• Re-finance any loans with a very high interest rate.
• Consolidate loans or bills.
• Make sure your business is not paying late fees.

Once you do these things, put as much extra cash (which you will have if you have taken step 2 STOP SPENDING!) towards these bills until they are paid off.
