Many companies and business owners do not realize that there are special debt collection software packages available that can automate and help them streamline their collections efforts and policies.
I did a survey of credit managers and collectors and asked them what were the most important things they look for in collection software. The biggest and most overwhelming consideration, regardless of price was customer service! The other important factors included:
- A toll free number for customer support or troubleshooting.
- Financing.
- Follow up.
- Free on line training.
- Growth potential.
- Accounting capabilities.
