How to Collect More Money Starting TODAY!

If you want to collect more money right away, there are steps you can take to do that.  This may not work so well during the holidays, those are the hardest times to collect if you haven't outlined your procedures prior to the season.

  1. Be confident.
  2. Be prepared.
  3. Express Urgency.
  4. Smile.
  5. Listen.
  6. Sit up straight.
  7. Do not fidget or squirm.
  8. Focus.
  9. Dress Professioinally.
  10. Know what your call to action is.
  11. Be ethical, courteous and polite.
  12. Take notes and follow up.

Good luck!!Laughing

Any suggestions? Just got hired at a collection call center. I had prior customer service experience but no collections. Our training was a week with the instructor having maritial problems and so much for training. I am at a loss. I have the book Past Due to help me out, My biggest problem is getting these people to call back.
They are not dim witted, why call back if they don't want to pay the bill?
What I need is a good talk off, the forbidden word and phrases I cannot reveal to them who I am or offer anything that has to do with credit, lawsuits wage garnishment or anything.

Help
