I would say the people who scream and yelll at a past due customer, do not understand that nor do they want to. They want to be paid, you said you would pay them, and you better just pay them. There are more effective ways to be paid, and every business owner needs to be aware that if they go into business they may end up having past due accounts.

This will help you better understand the situations they may have gotten themselves in and what they are looking at for options.
