Credit Policy for businesses and how to extend credit and manage credit risk

We all know who Will Ferrell is, and that he is extremely funny.  I ran across this video he did about debt collections from a landlord.  Since collecting from customers is so stressful and something no one likes to do, I thought a bit of humor would be good for all of us.

In Will's continuing effort to educate and amuse the public, possibly as a result of a run in with authorities, Will Ferrell takes us into the horrific world of overbearing bill collectors, in this case a landlord.  WARNING:  Contains language not appropriate for children!
