The Wall Street Journal has a Small Talk Column where readers can send in small business questions about entrepreneurship. Kelly Spors who writes the column called me this week to ask me about a question that was sent in by a reader.
They asked "One of my clients is out of state and is always late paying my invoices. How can I convey to the client a sense of urgency and get paid without incurring the costs of a lawyer or a debt-collection firm?"
