Credit Policy for businesses and how to extend credit and manage credit risk

I often get asked by landlords, what is the best way to collect from a delinquent tenant? I recently ran across a blog post on this topic which gives you the 7 Vital Tips to Collect Tenant Debt.  Check out what Bill Gray has to say about this topic and what advice and suggestions he can give you if you are a landlord and having trouble collecting from your tenants.

I also ran across a service that I didn’t know was available called Tenant Verification Service Inc., they claim that they will collect for you from your tenant at no cost to you, UNLESS they are successful. 

I have never used this company but would check them out if this is something that could help you free up time you are spending trying to collect from tenants when you could be making more money doing other things.
