Credit Policy for businesses and how to extend credit and manage credit risk

Are you finding that more and more of your customers are becoming past due or are unable to pay you? Are you making less sales?  This is all directly related to the recession and how it affects consumers and business owners across the world.

When I was a bill collector a part of the job that I didn’t realize I was going to have was credit counseling.  When you are calling customers to get them to pay you, sometimes you need to have some credit counseling skills or at least know where to send them for help.  Otherwise, you may not get paid.
